BELIEFS
What We Believe
Welcome to Kingdom Come. We’re here to help you know Jesus, grow in your faith, and discover the hope found in Him.
Everything we share is rooted in God’s Word and centered on the Gospel. These are the beliefs that shape Kingdom Come and our desire to see more people encounter Jesus and live for His Kingdom.
We believe in one God—who reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: three distinct Persons, one God.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God, true and trustworthy, and our foundation for knowing God and living according to His truth.
2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105
We believe every person is created in the image of God, yet all humanity has sinned and is separated from God. We cannot save ourselves through our own goodness or works.
Genesis 1:27; Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8–9
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, willingly died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose bodily from the dead three days later, conquering sin and death.
John 1:1, 14; Hebrews 4:15; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Romans 6:9
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Through repentance and faith, we receive forgiveness of sins, are made new, and are reconciled to God—not because of our works, but because of what Christ has done.
John 3:16; Acts 2:38; Acts 4:12; Ephesians 2:8–9; 2 Corinthians 5:17
We believe the Holy Spirit is God, who dwells in believers, convicts us of sin, transforms us into the likeness of Christ, gives spiritual gifts, and empowers us to live and share the Gospel.
John 14:16–17; John 16:8; 2 Corinthians 3:18; 1 Corinthians 12:4–7; Acts 1:8
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, love one another, serve others, and proclaim the Gospel to every nation.
Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 2:42–47; 1 Corinthians 12:27; John 13:34–35
We believe Jesus Christ is Lord and King, and that He will return, raise the dead, judge with righteousness, and establish His everlasting Kingdom. We look forward to the day when God will make all things new.
Acts 1:11; John 5:28–29; 2 Timothy 4:1; Revelation 21:1–5; Revelation 22:20
Our hope is Jesus.
Our mission is His Gospel.
Our prayer is His Kingdom.
